Refund & Return Policy
Our policy is STRICTLY NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, AND NO REFUND because the products we deal in are perishable and customized.
Damages and issues
After receiving your order, please check it over and let us know straight away if anything is missing, broken, or incorrect. That way, we can investigate and resolve any problems.
Once you receive the package, you must create an unedited opening video from start to finish. Therefore, if there is a disparity in the order, it can be utilized as proof.
Regretfully, if the buyer does not offer the Original & Unedited footage, we will be unable to rectify the issue.
In Transit Damages
Every order is carefully and diligently packed and handled.
However, once the order leaves our facility, we won’t be held liable for any damage the delivery service may do while in route.
The consumer has the right to reimbursement for 10–50% of the damaged good’s worth in the event of damage sustained while in transit.
To support your claim, you must submit the original opening, unedited videos, and pictures of the package.
We will determine the compensation upon receipt of the photo and video evidence on our whatsapp number, +91 9632482529.
Depending on how much harm has been done and how useful the product is, the amount of compensation will be determined.
Since the delivery provider handles the packages during transit, no more than 50% compensation will be given in the event of any in-transit damages.
Cancellation
Orders placed through the website are non-refundable for any reason.
There is no cancellation policy that we adhere to. Once the order is placed, items cannot be taken out of it.
The order cannot be canceled if the courier company returned the package because the consumer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, pincode, etc.
The customer may choose to order something different or have us reship the same package once it has been returned to us. Delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery fees and RTO fees, which are equivalent to half of the delivery fees, will be subtracted from the customer’s payment in the event of an RTO.

Refunds
Due to damage sustained during shipping, refunds are possible.
It may also be handled if one of the items in your order is not available.
If an item is missing from your order, it can also be processed; however, in order to claim it, you will need to submit proof in the form of the original, unedited opening video. You won’t be eligible for a refund without this.
If an item is missing, a refund will be processed. We are unable to accommodate requests for reshipping, so please do not make them.
If your refund request was denied for any reason, including damage sustained during transit, you will be notified as soon as we get it and review it. I gave my approval, and within two business days, the money will be automatically returned to the original payment method you used.
Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.
